Built around one idea: tell people the truth

Relocation advice is an industry where confidence sells better than honesty. That is precisely the gap this practice exists to fill.

The problem we set out to solve

If you are Nigerian and you want to move to the Czech Republic, the information available to you is a mess. Official requirements are published in Czech legal language, written for people already inside the system. Everything else is second-hand: a WhatsApp broadcast quoting a proof-of-funds figure from three years ago, a Facebook group where one confident voice contradicts another, or an agent who answers every question with “it is possible”.

Meanwhile the actual failure points are mundane and entirely preventable. A translation from the wrong kind of translator. Legalisation done in the wrong order, so it all has to be paid for twice. A bank balance that is real but appeared too suddenly to be believed. Applications do not usually fail because someone was unsuitable. They fail because nobody told them how the paperwork works.

Fabian made this move himself

This is the part that matters most, and it is the reason this practice exists at all. Fabian arrived in the Czech Republic in 2023 on the study route and went through the complete process as an applicant: the documents, the legalisation, the translations, the embassy appointment, the arrival formalities, and the degree itself. Not as an adviser watching from the side, but as someone who had to get every step right or start again.

Since then he has been guiding other Nigerians through the same process: preparing people for their interviews, handling translation and document logistics, and answering the questions that only occur to you once you are already halfway through.

That matters in a specific, practical way. An adviser who has only read the requirements can tell you what the list says. Someone who has actually stood in the queue knows which document the office will query, which step takes longer than it should, and what nobody tells you until it is too late to change course.

How we work

We start with a consultation, always. Not a sales call. A structured assessment that ends in a straight answer. Sometimes that answer is that your plan does not work yet, and we will say so even though it costs us the engagement.

We put the plan in writing. Route, document list in sequence, who is responsible for what, all four cost pots, and target dates. You can hold us to it.

We stay in the boring detail. Sequencing, validity windows, which documents genuinely need sworn translation and which do not. It is unglamorous, and it is where the money and the months are actually saved.

Our commitments

Four things you can hold us to

No invented certainty

Where the honest answer is “this depends” or “I need to check the current rule”, that is what you will hear. Requirements change; we would rather verify than guess confidently.

No fee for a case we expect to fail

If we think your application will be refused as it stands, we will tell you at the consultation and explain what would need to change first.

No false documents, ever

Not fabricated balances, not bought admission letters, not invented employment history. Ask and the engagement ends. It is fraud, and it can bar you from the Schengen Area for years.

No pretending to be a lawyer

We are consultants. Where a case genuinely needs Czech legal representation, we say so and help you find it rather than improvising.

How to check whether an agent is worth trusting

We would genuinely rather you used a good competitor than lost money to a bad agent. So here is the test we would apply, and you are welcome to apply it to us.

Ask any agent these questions. Their answers tell you almost everything.

  • “Can you guarantee the visa?” The only honest answer is no. A yes means they are lying, or planning fraud with your name on it.
  • “What is the current proof-of-funds requirement, and how is it calculated?” Someone who quotes a confident round number without asking about your route, length of stay and household does not know.
  • “Which of my documents need sworn translation, and in what order relative to legalisation?” If they cannot answer this precisely, they have not done the document stage properly before.
  • “What are your fees, in writing, and what is excluded?” Refusal to put fees and scope in writing is the clearest warning sign there is.
  • “What happens if I am refused?” Anyone claiming refusal is impossible, or that they can fix any refusal, is not being straight with you.
  • “Will you handle my original documents, and what record will I get?” No receipt and no record means no accountability.

In their own words

Messages from people Fabian has helped

Short, and more about gratitude than paperwork, but they are real and quoted word for word. We would rather show you these than something polished that we wrote ourselves.

“Thought to take out time to say Thank you for your help so far, personally and in the group. We are grateful 🙏🙏🙏”
Paul
“I am indebted for all these gestures and I sincerely appreciate them Sir.”
Quasim
“Documents received. Thank you very much sir. I am overly grateful. God bless you for the kindness you have shown me.”
